Grinda Hostel

Henrik Santesson first discovered this tranquillity. The first director of the Nobel Committee bought the island in 1906 and built a summer house for the pleasure of his family.

The hostel is beautifully situated by the sea on the south of the island, right next to the cabin village. There is a nice beach, beautiful walking paths and lovely meadows for sports and play. The hostel has 44 beds in 2 - and 4-bed rooms, a large kitchen and dining area for self-catering, barbecue and even a sauna for rent.
